This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Prodlabs website, why we collect it, who it’s shared with, and the choices you have.

In short: we only collect what you choose to send us through our forms, plus the basic technical data any website needs to run. We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, and we never sell your data.

1. Who we are

PRODLABS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT - FZCO, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates at IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Prodlabs”, “we”, “us”), is responsible for your personal data as the data controller.

Technical information

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. Your browser also sends your IP address to Google when it loads the fonts we use.

We don’t use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

We won’t add you to a marketing list from a website request. If we ever want to send you marketing, we’ll ask first, and you can opt out at any time.

We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and reply to you, and only as far as they need it:

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your data to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please don’t send confidential or sensitive information through the website forms.

This website does not set cookies and does not use similar technologies such as local storage for tracking. Because there are no optional cookies, we don’t show a cookie banner.

If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this section and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Our services are for businesses, and the site is not aimed at children. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we’ll make it clear on this page.
