These terms apply when you visit the Prodlabs website or send us a request through it. Please read them before using the site.
1. About these terms
This website is run by PRODLABS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT - FZCO, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Prodlabs”, “we”, “us”).
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it for your own information and business purposes. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, and we don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
3. Requests and enquiries
You can contact us through the “Let’s talk” pop-up or the contact form. When you do:
- the information you give must be accurate and must be yours to share;
- sending a request does not create a contract or commit either of us to a project;
- any estimate, scope or timeline we send in reply is for discussion only, unless it is part of a signed agreement.
Any project work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement between us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information through the website forms. If a project needs it, we can agree a confidentiality agreement and a secure way to share it first.
4. Our content
The text, design, illustrations, 3D scenes, animations, code and other material on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as the law allows.
The Prodlabs name and logo are ours. Nothing on this site gives you a right to use them.
5. Acceptable use
When you use the site, you must not:
- break any law or use the site for anything fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt the site;
- use the forms to send spam, advertising or automated submissions;
- scrape or copy the site’s content in bulk.
6. Other sites and services
The site may link to other websites, and uses some third-party services to work (for example, for hosting, fonts and delivering form messages). We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of other websites. Our Privacy Policy explains which services we use and what they receive.
7. No guarantees
The information on this site is general and is provided “as is”. It isn’t professional advice for your particular project. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we don’t promise that it is complete, accurate or current.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
